Levoneia Ayers is a Proud Town of Triana Native. She was appointed to the Town Council in 2019 and serves as the Parks and Recreation Chairperson.
Levoneia has worked for the City of Madison Parks and Recreation Department for over 19 years in many capacities. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Community Action Partnership Huntsville, Madison and Limestone County where she serves as Human Resources Committee Chairperson, Executive Committee Member at Large and the By-Laws Committee. She is also a professional member of Alabama Recreation and Parks Association, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Alabama Urban Forestry Association, Arbor Day Foundation and Tree City USA. Levoneia is the City of Madison Tree City USA Representative and awarded the re-certification 2004-2019. She also is an Alabama Power Community Forest Project Grant Recipient Awardee 2005, 2006 and 2007. One of her most recent certifications is SilverSneakers Certified Instructor 2019. She also served on the Triana Planning & Zoning Commission 2018-2019 as member/secretary.
Levoneia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University, Montgomery, Alabama.
Levoneia has one son Aaron King.
